Blue-grey sapphire, chocolate diamond, ruby, emerald

Beyond classic gemstones, we offer a selection of rare and unique stones, usually reserved for fine jewelry.

These stones are carefully selected to delight the eye and stand the test of time.

Our colored stones are AAA quality, which means they have excellent brilliance, cut, and color.

The Selection

Add a touch of color to your engagement ring and create a symbol as unique as your love.

Gemmyo diamonds

Gemmyo diamonds

The world of Gemmyo diamonds is paved with unique radiance.

Our selection criterias are multifaceted.
We offer four of the best qualities: HSI, GVS, EVVS and DIF.

Beyond color and purity, we are also demanding when it comes to brilliance, so that the diamonds adorned our creations with the most sparkling reflections.

All our diamonds over 0.3 carat are accompanied by a certificate issued by the GIA - Gemological Institute of America - or the HRD in Antwerp.

At Gemmyo, beauty is nothing without integrity.
Our diamonds come from the Kimberley Process.
This certification ensures transparency, traceability and ethical sourcing.

Mix & Match

Combine our wedding bands with your engagement ring to create a unique harmony. Each piece complements the other to magnify your story, blending originality and tradition.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't know her ring size, what should I do?

It is often difficult to know the exact ring size, unless you have been able to discreetly borrow a ring she wears on her left ring finger. Don't panic, there are several solutions:

- Ask her friends and family: her friends often already know her size or can help you estimate it.

- Show us a photo: if you have a picture of her hand, bring it to one of our boutique or send it to us by email, and we will be able to advise you.

- Choose an average size: as a last resort, opt for a standard size, usually a 52 for women.

And if, despite everything, the ring doesn't fit perfectly, don't worry: we offer free resizing within 30 days of receipt.

Find even more advice in our dedicated guide.

I need my ring for a specific event or our trip. Will I receive my ring in time?

At Gemmyo, each ring is designed and manufactured in France, in accordance with traditional jewelry-making techniques. Our artisans craft your jewelry by hand, in 18-carat gold or platinum, with an average manufacturing time of just 3 to 4 weeks.

Certain times of the year—such as the holiday season or the summer closure of our workshops—may slightly extend this timeframe. Don't worry: each product page indicates the maximum delivery date we commit to.

And if you want to give (or receive) your ring more quickly, there are two solutions available to you:

- We can send you an elegant certificate attesting that a unique creation is being made in our workshops.

- Or you can discover our selection of models available immediately.

What if she doesn't like the ring?

Don't worry: at Gemmyo, you can exchange your jewelry for another model or request a full refund. This guarantee is valid for any unworn jewelry, with or without engraving, within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start the process, simply contact our team:

- by phone at +33 1 42 46 90 89

- by email at hello@gemmyo.com

- or directly in our boutique.

All the practical details are available on our page dedicated to exchanges and returns.

Which stone should you choose for an engagement ring?

The stone is at the heart of choosing an engagement ring. At Gemmyo, we have observed a clear trend over the years:
diamonds remain the most popular stone (45%),
followed by blue sapphire (20%),
aquamarine (15%),
and then emerald, de la tanzanite and ruby (environ 5% chacun).

Why are diamonds so popular?
Because they are the most brilliant stone: their incomparable sparkle has always been captivating.
Because they are easy to wear: a white diamond goes with any outfit, for everyday wear or special occasions.
Because they are unmatched in hardness and remain the most legendary gemstone.

Our advice: if you're unsure, keep in mind that most women expect to receive a diamond as the center stone. Unless she has expressed a different preference, this is the safest choice.

At Gemmyo, we also offer colored diamonds, known as fancy diamonds, for those looking for an original alternative: - Chocolate diamonds, with their intense brown color and satiny sheen, are both warm and subtle.
- Cognac diamonds, with their deep amber hues, reveal their unique character through the play of light.

Are all your stones natural?

Yes, all our stones are 100% natural. They are selected one by one by our specialists, with strict quality control: less than half of the stones examined are chosen to adorn our creations.

We do not offer synthetic diamonds. Each diamond weighing 0.3 carats or more comes with a certificate of authenticity. Finally, all our diamond dealers are signatories to the Kimberley Process, guaranteeing that the stones do not come from conflict zones.

What diamond quality should I choose?

The world of diamonds may seem complex, but there are two key points to remember:

Quality: always choose a good quality diamond (at least HSI). This guarantees a brilliant, luminous stone that is pure enough to enhance your jewelry. The 4Cs method (color, clarity, cut, carat weight) is the benchmark for objectively evaluating a diamond.

Budget: the price of a diamond varies greatly depending on its size, color, and clarity. Finding the right diamond is therefore a balance between budget, size, and quality: do you prefer a smaller but very pure stone, or a larger diamond with slight inclusions?

Here are the main qualities we offer:

HSI: the most common quality and excellent value for money. Below this, the stone loses significantly in brilliance and whiteness.
GVS: greater brilliance and enhanced purity.
EVVS: exceptional whiteness and clarity.
DIF: the highest quality used in jewelry, perfectly white and with no visible inclusions, even under 10x magnification.

Our advice: GVS and EVVS grades offer an excellent compromise between the affordability of an HSI and the excellence of a DIF.

To better visualize these differences, feel free to visit our boutique or book a video appointment with one of our advisors: we will be happy to guide you.

Where do your stones come from?

We work with gem cutters and diamond dealers from around the world. Each stone has a specific origin, linked to unique geological conditions found in certain specific regions, often concentrated in particular countries.

Our guide includes a summary table of the main areas of origin for the stones we offer.

And what about diamonds?
Like most major jewelry houses, our diamonds come from Antwerp, from trusted local partners. It is difficult to indicate the exact origin of each diamond, but the cutting is carried out by experts based in India, a true center of excellence in this field.

Find more details in our diamond guide.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit one of your boutique?

Our stores are open Tuesday through Saturday for you to come discover and try on our jewelry.

You can drop in without an appointment, but we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially on Saturdays, which are very busy, so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

And if you are unable to visit us in person, our teams will be delighted to meet with you via video appointment.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments by Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, and check.

You can also pay in three installments at no extra cost using Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

For security reasons, Gemmyo does not accept cash payments or money orders.

Is my jewelry covered by warranty?

All our jewelry is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects and flaws. In such cases, Gemmyo will cover the cost of repairs and return shipping. Repairs not covered by this warranty will be subject to a quote provided by our workshops.

This warranty does not apply if the jewel has been modified outside of our workshops.

In all cases, our customer service team is available to advise you and find the best repair solution.
