Did you make a mistake in the size of your ring? Don't worry, Gemmyo offers you the possibility to have your ring resized. If resizing is not technically possible, Gemmyo will completely resize your ring to the correct finger size.
Resizing conditions
All rings in the European Union (including DOM-TOM) and Switzerland can be resized within 30 days of receipt of the jewel (including engraving) provided that :
- The ring is in perfect condition: that is to say that it does not bear the traces of wear during the 30-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc...)
- The ring was not previously returned for resizing
- The jewel has been sent back within 30 days after receipt by the customer, the postmark being proof
If these conditions are respected, the resizing of your ring is possible even if it has been engraved by Gemmyo.
Resizing takes 4 to 6 weeks Furthermore, Gemmyo offers only one resizing; subsequent sizes, if technically possible, will be charged.
For a ring delivered in French overseas departments and territories, the discount is also offered. However, this may take a little longer and may result in additional customs fees when the jewel is returned to you. We therefore advise you to order the right size the first time!

Gemmyo will pay for the return shipping costs, provided that your ring has been returned to Gemmyo using the return slip provided by Gemmyo and from one of the following countries : Metropolitan France & DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy, Martinique, French Guyana, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
