We offer free and secure delivery within France (including DOM TOM), Switzerland, the European Union, and Japan. Delivery and production times typically take 3 to 4 weeks, with an option for a gift certificate if you need your order sooner. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended to up to 8 weeks during periods of high demand. Your package is insured and delivered personally by Colissimo, with no reference to the brand.

In-Store pickup

You can pick up your jewelry in-store by appointment at our Paris location or other European boutiques. Pickup is available the next day in Paris, and within 3 to 4 days at our other locations, from Tuesday to Friday.

Courier delivery in Paris

For those in Paris and nearby suburbs, we offer a personal courier delivery service. This option is available for €20 within Paris and €30 for the suburbs.

European Union (including DOM TOM): Delivery is free, though customs fees may apply for DOM TOM.

Switzerland: Enjoy free delivery with customs fees covered, provided you’re shopping through our Swiss portal.

Outside the European Union: Additional shipping fees may apply, and you will be responsible for local taxes and import duties. The price of your purchase will be calculated excluding taxes. Please note that we do not ship to the United States.

For security reasons, we do not accept cash payments or money orders.

Credit card payment

Payments by credit card are securely processed by Crédit Mutuel using SSL encryption, ensuring that your banking information is encrypted and sent directly to the bank, without passing through our website.

Bank transfer

After selecting this payment method, please transfer the amount using the provided details. Your order will be processed once the payment is received.

Payment by check

Send your check to the following address: Gemmyo, 26 rue Berthollet, 75005 Paris. Your order will be processed once the check has been cleared.

You can also pay in 3 instalments (see next section).

Select the 3x interest-free payment option and enter your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card details.

The total amount of your order will be split into three payments: the first payment is due at the time of order, the second one month later, and the final payment two months after the first.

All the jewels in the European Union (including DOM-TOM) and Switzerland are covered by the 30-day return guarantee, provided that:

• The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn
• The jewel was not previously sent back for a discount
• Your previous purchase was not the subject of a final return
• In case of an order with several pieces of jewelry, the final return can only apply to one piece of jewelry (this condition has been established to prevent abuse)
• The jewel has been returned within 30 days of receipt - the postmark being proof - as the expression goes

If these conditions are respected, the return of your ring is possible even if it has been engraved by Gemmyo. 

For a jewel delivered in the DOM TOM, the return or the exchange are also possible but will take longer to process and may cause you additional customs fees. We therefore advise you to order the right jewel the first time !

Returns shipping costs are taken care of by Gemmyo for the following countries: Metropolitan France & DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barts, Martinique, French Guiana, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Please note that returns are not accepted for orders outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and Japan.

Gemmyo covers all repairs under warranty. For any other issue, our workshop will provide a quote before proceeding.

If the repair is due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it entirely, including return shipping.
Please note: this warranty does not apply if the piece has been altered outside of our workshop.

If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, don’t worry, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery, for orders shipped from the European Union or Switzerland. For our pendants and bracelets, resizing is done on a quote basis.

All rings in the European Union (including DOM-TOM) and Switzerland can be resized within 30 days of receipt of the jewel (including engraving) provided that :

• The ring is in perfect condition: that is to say that it does not bear the traces of wear during the 30-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc...)
• The ring was not previously returned for resizing
• The jewel has been sent back within 30 days after receipt by the customer, the postmark being proof

Simply contact our customer service at hello@gemmyo.com to arrange the return. Depending on the model, the resizing process takes between 4 to 6 weeks. This service is offered once per ring.

Your piece will be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

To keep it in perfect condition, we recommend storing it in its pouch or box when you're not wearing it or while travelling.

Try to store each piece separately to avoid friction and reduce the risk of scratches.

We actually have three box sizes.

First, a case adapted to our ring models and most of our earrings, its dimensions are: 6 cm x 6 cm x 4.5 cm (L x W x H)

We also have a second larger case for our wedding bands, pendants and bracelets the dimensions are: 8 cm x 6 cm x 4.5 cm (L x W x H)

We have a last case designed for bracelets of ring type, the dimensions are: 9 cm x 9 cm x 4 cm (L x W x H)

It is also possible to receive a piece of jewelry in a small cotton suede bag, in very rare cases, if for technical reasons a piece of jewelry would not be sufficiently supported in our classic box.
