The design
The design of the Faubourg wedding band in 18K white gold is an exercise in the art of jewelry making. It is the result of long and meticulous work: more than thirty diamonds (a number that varies according to the size of your finger) of 1.3 mm calibre had to be set, one by one, on a fine metal band, "with a straight edge". That is to say, instead of being simply held by metal claws, the paving is embedded in a thin metal rail and held in place by tiny "balls" that act as claws.
