The Maison brings together a passionate community of talented individuals, united by a shared ambition: to reinvent the jewelry experience.

Our teams are organized into four divisions:

marketing: This division includes communication, content creation, and product marketing.

digital: This division covers IT and e-commerce.

operations: This division encompasses supply chain, product development, customer experience, and sales teams.

administration: This division includes finance, human resources, and cross-functional projects.

There are numerous opportunities within our teams, which consist of over 80 employees.
Some of our teams are based at our headquarters, a private mansion surrounded by greenery in the heart of the 5th arrondissement of Paris.
Our boutique teams are spread across France, as well as Belgium, Switzerland and Japan.

How will I know if I have been selected to advance in the process?

All submitted applications are reviewed. If selected, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone to schedule the next steps.

How does the recruitment process work?

The process can vary greatly depending on the position and role.

For example, recruiting a sales team member will take place in-store, whereas recruiting for a marketing executive may start with a video interview followed by several interviews at the headquarters.

Do you have internship positions available?

We regularly offer internships with a minimum duration of six months. Depending on the needs or teams, we also offer work-study opportunities.

Do you have opportunities for recent graduates?

Absolutely! We value the potential of recent graduates. If we have needs or if a position opens up, it is not uncommon for us to extend a job offer to our interns at the end of their six months. If you do not see positions that match your experience, please feel free to submit an unsolicited application.

I am interested in a position, but I cannot work from Paris. What positions are available?

We have job openings outside of Paris, but for the moment, they are available only in stores.
