Free delivery
Free and secure delivery
We offer free and secure delivery within France (including DOM TOM), Switzerland, the European Union, and Japan. Delivery and production times typically take 3 to 4 weeks, with an option for a gift certificate if you need your order sooner. Your package is insured and delivered personally by Colissimo, with no reference to the brand.
In-Store pickup
You can pick up your jewelry in-store by appointment at our Paris location or other European boutiques. Pickup is available the next day in Paris, and within 3 to 4 days at our other locations, from Tuesday to Friday.
Courier delivery in Paris
For those in Paris and nearby suburbs, we offer a personal courier delivery service. This option is available for €20 within Paris and €30 for the suburbs.

International shipping
European Union (including DOM TOM): Delivery is free, though customs fees may apply for DOM TOM.
Switzerland: Enjoy free delivery with customs fees covered, provided you’re shopping through our Swiss portal.
Outside the European Union: Additional shipping fees may apply, and you will be responsible for local taxes and import duties. The price of your purchase will be calculated excluding taxes.

To benefit from the 30-day return guarantee, please ensure that :
- The watch is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The watch is in its case with the authenticity card and additional links (for a steel bracelet). The return or exchange of a bracelet alone is not possible in the case of an order for a complete watch.
- The protection on the back of the watch case has not been removed

Warranty
Gemmyo covers all repairs under warranty. For any other issue, our workshop will provide a quote before proceeding.
If the repair is due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it entirely, including return shipping.
Please note: this warranty does not apply if the watch has been altered outside of our workshop.To certify its authenticity, your watch will be accompanied by a warranty card detailing its unique serial number.

Resizing
If your watch's bracelet doesn’t fit quite right, don’t worry, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery, for orders shipped from the European Union or Switzerland.
Simply contact our customer service at hello@gemmyo.com to arrange the return. Depending on the model, the resizing process takes between 4 to 6 weeks. This service is offered once per watch.

The Prima watch’s case retakes the geometrical motif of a step-cut diamond. Soft texture and mineral white shade, it’ll hold the Prima watch in a chic way while protecting it from pointless shocks.

Warranty
Your Prima watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered.
Battery replacement
We recommend having the battery changed in-store to preserve water resistance. This service takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Don't hesitate to book an appointment.
